Charnwood Indoor Bowls Club is situated near the centre of Loughborough.

We have over 400 playing members and offer excellent bowls and social facilities all year round. The club was officially opened by HRH The Princess of Wales on 26th April 1990.
We have a modern 8 rink green with viewing area, a refurbished lounge and bar where we serve food and drinks.
It is an all inclusive mixed club that caters for all ages from 8 years upwards. The club has a flourishing disabled section which includes provision for visually impaired and wheelchair users.
We offer inter club competitions and friendlies, a variety of daytime and evening leagues, bowls drives and casual bowling.
There is free Sunday morning coaching and a free trial session for anyone who wants to try this unique sport.
We offer a warm welcome to everyone who visits our club.
The following food is regularly available:
Bar snacks – crisps, nuts, mini cheddars, chocolate.
Hot Drinks – Tea, Coffee, Latte, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate.
Alcoholic beverages are available.
Food Menu:
Toasted teacakes, Bacon / Sausage rolls, Chips, Filled rolls, Toasted Sandwiches, Salads, Plain / Fruit / Cheese scones, Cakes and Cookies.

Casual bowlers gain the following when joining our club.

Members – £3.00p / 2 hour session.

Free Coaching on Sunday’s 10am to 12 noon all year round
Our newly refurbished bowls hall has received many positive comments from members and visitors alike. The project was completed considerably under budget which will allow further improvements be made in the near future.
